There have been times I have mentioned CTO around people and they say "What is that?". So I posted this link because I believe alot of people don't even know what a CTO is or does. There needs to be a CTO magazine.
Can anyone explain to me why large companies usually do not have both a CIO and a CTO?
I have worked for a few Fortune 500 firms and none of them had both a CIO and a CTO.
